The Parlamento Flor occupied a prominent place in the exhibition Being Urban. This was a modular wooden ‘parliament’ designed by Spanish architectural firm Zuloark. Over the course of the exhibition, Parlamento Flor served as a meeting place and democratic platform for a great many exchanges between citizens, artists and many others. TMML held a discussion there on the idea of an art laboratory. What could such a thing mean for the city and its inhabitants? The conversation could be listened to afterwards via TMMRadio’s website.
