TMML Practice

ENSAV La Cambre
01 April 2014
Brussels, BE

At the invitation of Maud Salembier, curator and art historian, TMML organized an audiovisual presentation of 285 slides. For this, they drew on their ABC movements (see repertory), a methodology they initiated in Berlin. On view were, among others, Albert Galeron’s Projet du Cosmorama (1897), Susan D. Bachrach’s The Nazi Olympics by Albert Speer (Berlin, 1936), and The Control Tower Operator Course at Chanute Field (Illinois, 1944, a model airport with a model control tower).

There were many references to both perceptual psychology, urbanism and the architecture of playgrounds. In addition, TMML showed an extensive series of photographs documenting their experiences in Berlin; in the city, in the studio and in the context of museums.
